Store Location
– Located in a main street or shopping centre;
– Retail surface area of an adequate size, plus additional stockroom;
– Urban centre with a population of at least 80.000 inhabitants;
– Exclusive interior design reflecting the brand image of each concept.
Territorial Exclusivity
It can be either city or country based, according to the intended expansion plan to be carried out.
Franchise Agreement
The initial duration is 5 years for Lanidor Kids and 6 years for Lanidor Woman, renewable for successive periods.
Firm Buying System
Lanidor supplies the stores with merchandise on a firm buying basis, meaning the franchisee has full control of the type and quantity of goods being delivered over the season. The selection is made at our showroom during the buying period and merchandise payments are handled per shipment.
Store Design
Lanidor's subsidiary Definestore develops the project decoration of the store and, if required, will send a team of specialized staff to do all required civil works. In addition it may supply and fit the Lanidor distinctive image materials: – Building materials like façade stone and floor tiles;
– Lighting system;
– Furniture and decoration elements.
– Cost of interior decoration and materials: From 500 euros/m2 (excluding engineering project & works).
Advertising
– Support of cost on the advertising campaign of the opening of a new store;
– Sharing of 50% on the amounts spent in advertising along the season, up to a percentage of the sales turnover.
– Development of all graphic layouts with printing quality, free of charge.
