You have 30 days to make your exchange/return from the day you made your purchase. The piece will have to be as received (with the price tags and without any trace of use). Please note that personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return in store
You can return your pieces from present collection at any Lanidor shop. Items from previous collections may only be returned in Outlet shops.
Home Delivery
You can request for home delivery from the customer area. If the order has been done without customer registration, you can request a refund by clicking on the link present in the payment confirmation email.
Return at a drop-off point
You can return it at any drop-off point. Please check the list of delivery points when completing the purchase/return (in the customer area).
